Hide Away Hotel, Chail
This hotel is located in a very quiet and unusual location in Chail — a piece of peace in the lap of nature. The rooms are double-bedded, designed in a hut-style, and each has an attached toilet, which is slipproof — safe and clean.
The specialty is that each room has another double bed on the terrace, so it is possible to stay four people in one room.
Walnut, apple, peach, pine and oak trees are spread around the hotel. The lawn outside has quite an open space, greenery and a wonderful atmosphere with cool breeze — ideal for getting rid of the June heat.
The food is very homely, tasty and healthy — not luxurious but satisfying. Lying in bed at night with the comfort of a sheet or blanket is truly a dreamlike feeling.

Stayed at Hideaway Homestay in Chail and it was lovely in every way.
The rooms were spotless and really child-friendly — plenty of space, cozy beds, and the host had even kept little touches to make it comfortable for kids. Felt safe and homely the whole time.
Food was the highlight. Everything was tasty, fresh and homemade .It was cooked with love and care.
But what made the stay special was the host. Super friendly nature, always checking in without being intrusive. His hospitality was genuine .
Chail is peaceful and this homestay puts you right in that calm. Perfect for families who want clean, comfortable rooms and warm hosts.
Best place for families specially with kids.

We just planned a family trip to Chail and I was calling my friends regarding a good home stay in Chail, the same time I searched online and saw "The Hide Away Homestay" with best price. After going through the photographs of rooms and location, I was surprised about the price deal. I was of the opinion that in actual it may not be the same, but when we reached the Homestay it was totally a wonderful experience, ambiance was awesome, room was beyond our expectations, everything inside was very neat and clean. The outside view, greenery, evening music and delecious food cooked in home stay will definitely make you think to visit here again and again. I recommend you to atleast visit the site, you will definitely like it ...!!!

It's not a hotel, it's a farm stay with the facilities a decent hotel provides.
If you are a true nature lover, you are going to love this place for sure, it's a lifetime experience.
This farm stay has their own apple orchard, and vegetable garden, and to my surprise that e they even do bee farming .you can purchase fresh honey from them.
Go for nature walk, the valley view from this place is amazing in the morning and at night enjoy camp fire. Again if your are lucky to get clear sky you can do star gazing too.
Last but not the list, you will always remember the warm hospitality of Neeraj ji and Arun.
I have already started missing this place , surely going to visit this place again .👍

It is a homelike feeling in this homestay. The ambience, the hospitality is very welcoming and homely. Arun and Neeraj were on their toes to provide for every need and more. They put in their best to create a whole holistic experience by enriching us with the culture, the food of Himachal.
We had a special Himachali thali yesterday which had local dishes such as Shepu and Mitgi Dal, Chamba Ke Rajma and Chole Ke Mudre. It was excellent and there was some taste of each part of Himachal. I really recommend someone who is looking for a getaway to come here and experience this hospitality and support Himachal tourism

This Hode Away is truly a fantastic destination for a quite holiday with family and friends. You can take leisurely walks in all four directions in the beautiful environment. . There is a huge plain ground for those who want to indulge in some sports. Or just carry your ground sheets, spread these and have a family picnic.
It is just 500 yards from the main road yet you are away from the traffic nuisance.
Both Neeraj & Arum managing this property are so humble, respectful and efficient.

A magical place nestled in deep wooded area far away from the maddening crowds and traffic. This quaint place is worth visiting.
The owners Mr. Arun and Mr. Neeraj were very cooperative and affable.
Food was pure vegetarian and very delicious. Non Veg can be ordered from dhaba nearby on main road. (They deliver to this place also)
Tried Himachali Dham, a traditional wedding feast. It was excellent in all aspects and all of us loved it and the way it was cooked and served with love and care.
All 4 rooms were well maintained, clean and cozy. A few drawbacks were discussed with the owners and they took my suggestion very sportingly and promised to work on them.
The approach road is motorable but tricky. Unexperienced drivers must call them for guidance.
The views from the homestay is not much to talk about but views from nearby places was awesome.
Complimentary jungle walk and sunset view point was an icing on the cake.
Overall very enjoyable stay. Must visit place if you like quite places.

For starters, you get amazing hospitality by the owners Arun and Neeraj. You will feel as if you belong there.
It’s nestled among the Chail Wildlife Sanctuary with the mesmerising views of the villages and towns all around including Shimla.
The trail to the stay is also very thrilling and exciting, for all the off-roaders out there. Any vehicles can reach the stay.
The rooms are very clean and well built, almost feels as new.
Stargazing, bonfire, hiking and petting the doggos are a must. Good luck with not extending your stay over. :)

If someone is nature lover than this place is for u, located away from the crowd of Shimla/Kufri/Kasauli. It feels like home here due to their service and warm reception.
